My Practice
Hi, I'm Tanya! have over a decade of experience supporting individuals in various mental health settings. Through my personal and professional experiences, I have found I am most passionate about helping individuals journey through grief/loss, chronic worry or insecurity, life transitions, and self development. I also have a special place in my heart supporting caregivers or loved ones of a person with a memory impairment. I view all of my clients as resilient, courageous individuals who are willing to admit they are struggling, and view therapy as the ultimate act of self-care. I am paneled with most commercial insurances and offer virtual therapy sessions to increase access to care, and to provide schedule flexibility. I am often described as warm, compassionate and always evolving. I have found that most of my clients typically benefit most from a collaborative space. I believe that you hold the wisdom you are seeking, and I will support you in channeling that. I utilize various evidence-based modalities to best serve your individual needs.

As we build trust in our therapeutic relationship, I will guide you towards shifting your mindset from a space of lack towards one of gratitude and abundance. Through my clinical observation, I will empower you to identify and challenge any unhelpful subconscious beliefs that are likely preventing you from enjoying this human experience to it's fullest.
